This is not a floor management role, but a behind-the-scenes leadership position focused on performance, training, and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support call center and chat sales teams to improve performance
Analyze sales data, KPIs, and conversion metrics to drive decision-making
Develop and implement sales scripts and customer engagement strategies
Create and deliver ongoing training to enhance team effectiveness
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and optimization
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and campaigns

Requirements: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
Experience managing remote or service-based sales teams (call/chat)
Proven ability to build training programs and sales processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Use of Zoho CRM

תיאור תפקיד:
לחברה מובילה בתחום הציוד הרפואי דרוש/ה איש/אשת מכירות והסברה. במסגרת התפקיד: מתן מענה לפניות נכנסות של לקוחות בנושא פתרונות רפואיים אותם מספקת החברה והפניה לגורמים הרלוונטיים, עבודה והתנהלות מול חברות הביטוח. ממשקים שוטפים מול גורמים שיווקיים מגוונים באמצעותם החברה מקדמת קמפיינים שונים. *המשרה מיועדת לגברים ונשים כאחד*
דרישות:
- ניסיון של שנתיים ומעלה במכירות. - ניסיון מעולמות המדיקל – ציוד רפואי מרפאות או לחלופין ניסיון מעולמות הביטוח הרפואי (מכירות/סילוק תביעות). - שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office ועבודה עם מערכות דיגיטליות. - היכרות עם תחום הדיגיטל וקמפיינים ממומנים - יתרון. - סדר וארגון, אחריות ויחסי אנוש טובים.
