תיאור תפקיד:
התפקיד כולל שימש כגורם טכני ראשון מול מחלקות פיתוח ואיכות של לקוחות באירופה, בניית רשת קשרים מקצועית בארגוני ההנדסה של הלקוחות וטיפוח שיח מקצועי שוטף, הצגה וקידום שוטפים של מפת הדרכים של מוצרי Samsung EM במטרה להגדיל שימוש ברכיבי BOM, הובלת תהליכי Demand Creation ו־Design-In על פני פורטפוליו המוצרים, ייזום מהלכים טכנולוגיים לאיתור הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות בשיתוף צוותי הלקוחות, איסוף והבנת צרכי לקוח לצורך הובלת הפורטפוליו וסגירת פערים, פיתוח הזדמנויות עסקיות והכנת תשתית להשתתפות במכרזים עתידיים (RFQs), וכן ניהול ותחזוקה שוטפת של מאגרי מוצרים ועדכון חידושים.
דרישות:
• השכלה אקדמית בתחום ההנדסה • יתרון לבעלי ידע בסמיקונדקטורים ואריזות IC • ניסיון של 2–3 שנים לפחות במכירות טכנולוגיות או בתפקידי הנדסה • שליטה גבוהה ביישומי Office, בדגש על Excel ו־PowerPoint • אוריינטציה שירותית וחשיבה ממוקדת לקוח • יכולת עבודה מסודרת, עצמאית, אחראית ויוזמת • כישורי תקשורת, פרזנטציה ודיווח ברמה גבוהה • שליטה מלאה באנגלית

תיאור תפקיד:
Serve as the primary technical contact for customer development and quality teams in Europe
Build and maintain strong relationships within customers’ engineering organizations
Present and promote product roadmaps to support BOM utilization and demand creation
Lead and support design-in activities across the product portfolio
Initiate technical projects with customer package teams to identify new business opportunities
Collect and analyze customer technical requirements to support portfolio steering
Identify and prepare new business opportunities and upcoming RFQs
Manage and maintain product databases and ensure regular updates on innovations
דרישות:
B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field
Advantage: knowledge in semiconductors and IC packaging
2–3 years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or engineering roles
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
