תיאור תפקיד:
לחברה יציבה בתחום אחזקת מבנים דרוש/ה אחראי/ת כספים לתפקיד עצמאי הכולל ניהול ובקרה פיננסית שוטפת, עבודה מול גורמים מקצועיים ופיקוח על פעילות הגבייה בארגון. המשרה הינה חצי משרה במתכונת היברידית – עבודה מהבית עם הגעה של יום אחד בשבוע למשרד במושב מאור סמוך לחדרה, עם אופציה להרחבת המשרה למשרה מלאה בהמשך. תחומי אחריות: ניהול ובקרה שוטפת של תחום הכספים פיקוח ובקרה על פעילות הגבייה וניהול שתי עובדות גבייה מעקב ובקרה אחר הכנסות ותשלומים עבודה והתנהלות מול עו"ד הפקת דוחות ובקרה פיננסית עבודה עצמאית מול ממשקים שונים בארגון היקף המשרה: 4 שעות ביום, ימים א’-ה’ עבודה מהבית + יום אחד בשבוע מהמשרד אופציה למשרה מלאה בהמשך מיקום: מושב מאור, סמוך לחדרה
דרישות:
ניסיון קודם בתחום הנהלת כספים / אדמיניסטרציה פיננסית – חובה ניסיון בניהול או פיקוח עובדים – יתרון משמעותי ניסיון בעבודה מול גבייה ודוחות כספיים יכולת עבודה עצמאית וניהול משימות סדר, אחריות ויחסי אנוש טובים שליטה טובה ביישומי מחשב ואופיס
