תיאור תפקיד:
Tech Lead 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience, preferably in Go or similar
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer in a high-scale, production-grade environment
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and distributed systems
Strong leadership skills, ownership, and a collaborative mindset
A degree in Computer Science or experience from an elite IDF tech unit
Passion for building world-class products and leading by example
Experience in cloud cost optimization or resource management is a strong advantage

Understanding of CI/CD practices.
Nice-to-Have Experience with Kubernetes
