Principal Security Architect 10+ years of security architecture experience
Hands-on experience with open source security practices: dependency scanning, SBOM (Software Bill of Materials), vulnerability remediation, and license compliance.
Proven expertise in cloud-native security (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and container security.
Strong knowledge of encryption, IAM, secrets management, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
Contributions to or leadership within open source projects strongly preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory/compliance frameworks relevant to open source + enterprise (SOC2, ISO, FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA).
Excellent communication and leadership skills
******* Platform Architect 7+ years of experience in backend development, specializing in microservices and cloud infrastructure (preferably SaaS).
Experience with streaming and batch data pipelines: Kafka, SQS, Spark.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker
Proven experience leading projects across multiple dev teams.
Experience with TypeScript & NestJS is a plus.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Background in cyber security or building security-focused products
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, or distillation in production
Designing systems that ship to air-gapped, on-prem, or customer-controlled environments
Time spent as a foundational architect at an early-stage startup
Building national-scale or mission-critical platforms
