תיאור תפקיד:
Job Description – Master Data Specialist (ERP) The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the governance, accuracy, and maintenance of core business data within ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP), supporting business operations and transactional processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain master data, including suppliers, items, BOMs/product structures, price lists, customers, and accounts.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely availability across systems.
Perform data quality checks, cleansing, standardization, and duplicate management.
Define and maintain data governance standards, naming conventions, validation rules, and approval workflows.
Act as a key point of contact between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT/MIS for data-related topics and issue resolution.
Support ERP implementation and migration projects, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and UAT.
Troubleshoot master data issues impacting procurement, orders, production, and finance processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Work with external vendors and implementation partners as needed.

Experience 3–5+ years in Master Data / ERP / Operations / Supply Chain roles
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Infor, Priority, etc.)
Skills Strong understanding of business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, manufacturing)
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders
Reporting Line (Typical) Reports to: Supply Chain / Operations
Matrix reporting to IT/MIS for governance and systems alignment
