Leading Engineering team and set the technology agenda Manage various projects Parallel -Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, General Ganagers, and executive members to define and build a data-informed technology strategy and roadmaps. Advise GM and priorities regarding design and direction of new developments. - Ensure the engineering team is scheduled and working efficiently while utilizing company equipment and harnessing the rest of the departments. Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to deliver the best RF/Antenna product to fit the customer need Conduct presentations to military and commercial engineering team (including PDR, CDR, etc.) Review SOWs and special requests from clients, evaluate, and raise issues or concerns.
