We are looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
to lead the organization’s cyber security and information security strategy. The role includes full responsibility for developing and implementing a multi-year security strategy, managing the global GRC framework, and ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations. The CISO will oversee the protection of the organization’s information assets across On-Prem, Cloud, and Open Banking environments, lead the 24/7 SOC and incident response operations, and drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning. The position also includes leading and developing a large security team, managing a significant budget, and serving as a key member of the technological governance committee and senior management forums.

Requirements and Skills
• Experience
: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in cyber and information security,
with at least 5 years in a senior management role (CISO/Global CISO) within a large,
complex organization.
• Technical Expertise
: Proven deep knowledge of GRC, SOC, CERT, CISO/Incident Response
processes, and management of advanced technological security controls (e.g., Cloud
Architecture, IAM, Kubernetes).
• Financial Sector Knowledge
: In-depth familiarity with the regulatory landscape of
information security in the Israeli banking system and proven experience in integrating.
•DevSecOps / Application Security
: Proven expertise in DevSecOps and Application
Security.
• Leadership
: Excellent management skills, ability to lead and influence senior management
and stakeholders, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for:
Conducting penetration testing and security surveys in the organization's infrastructure systems.
Hands-on experience in penetration testing cloud, web, and mobile applications.
What you should have:
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, and growing environment
Ability to plan and project / tasks delivery
Ability to work in team
Ability to write and review PT reports in Hebrew and English
Deep understanding of security principles, theories, and attacks.

2+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing of applications, infrastructure, and networks, including deep understanding of Linux and Windows environments.
Strong expertise in Active Directory penetration testing, including enumeration, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and use of tools such as BloodHound, Mimikatz, and Impacket.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and custom offensive tooling.
Practical experience with EDR evasion and advanced offensive security techniques, with familiarity in both open-source and commercial PT tools.
Nice to have:
Experience with system network management / programming / information security products - an advantage.
Offensive Security Certifications such as OSCP, AWAE, OSCE. - an advantage.
