תיאור תפקיד:
דרוש/ה ראש צוות מעבר חום מיקום : תל אביב על התפקיד הזדמנות להצטרף לצוות מוביל בתחום מדעי הטיסה בתפקיד שמשלב הנחיה מקצועית, ניהול והובלה טכנולוגית. אנו מחפשים ראש צוות בעל ניסיון והבנה מעמיקה בתחום מעבר חום, שמסוגל לתכנן, להוביל ולבצע פרויקטים הנדסיים מורכבים מהשלב הקונספטואלי ועד לשלב היישום. התפקיד דורש שילוב של ראייה מערכתית, הובלה של תהליכים רב-תחומיים, והיכולת לרתום עובדים למימוש חזון טכנולוגי. כראש צוות, תהיה/י אחראי/ת על תיאום בין אנשי מקצוע, הקצאת משאבים, ביצוע חקירות ובדיקות הנדסיות (R&D וחקב), בניית מתודולוגיות עבודה ובחינת פתרונות חדשניים בתחום מעבר חום ותרמודינמיקה. התפקיד כולל עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים, שיתוף פעולה עם צוותי פיתוח מגוונים ולקיחת חלק בהחלטות מערכתיות ותכן הנדסי בפרויקטים ביטחוניים פורצי דרך.
דרישות:
תואר שני ומעלה בהנדסה אווירונאוטית / מכונות / אלקטרואופטיקה – עם התמחות במעבר חום
ניסיון של לפחות 7 שנים בתחום, מתוכן 2 שנים לפחות בניהול צוותים טכנולוגיים שליטה בתהליכי תכן ופיתוח הנדסי, ביצוע ניתוחים תרמיים ואנליזות מערכתיות
ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים רב-תחומיים ותהליכים מורכבים
כישורי ניהול צוות, הנחיה מקצועית והובלת עובדים
עצמאות בעבודה, יכולת למידה גבוהה, ירידה לפרטים לצד ראייה רחבה
יתרון לבעלי רקע מעולם ביטחוני או עבודה בסביבה מסווגת

תיאור תפקיד:

We are looking for a Space Camera Development Manager to join the Space Technologies team in the ISTAR & EW Division
The team focuses on the development of state-of-the-art electro-optical systems for advanced space applications, combining multidisciplinary expertise and cutting-edge technology
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical authority for the project, leading planning, synchronization, and coordination of development across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Approve and make critical development decisions throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure adherence to project management requirements, including schedules, scope, quality, budget, and client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with technical system requirements and lead formal technical reviews, integration processes, testing, and trials
Leverage deep engineering knowledge and understanding of multiple system disciplines to prioritize and manage all engineering activities within the project
Coordinate and allocate appropriate development resources
Oversee the completion of development commitments and the successful release of the system
דרישות:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering – mandatory
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in electrical engineering – an advantage
At least 5 years of proven experience in leading multidisciplinary system development programs
Experience in creating work plans and managing budgets
Experience in developing military electro-optical systems – an advantage
