תיאור תפקיד:
A hands-on, experienced Physical Design Engineer to join us and help define and implement Company’s next-generation AI SoC in an advanced technology node
Play a key role in building and leading our physical design team, developing flows and methodologies, and driving the full RTL-to-GDSII implementation and signoff for one of the most advanced SoCs in the industry.
· Take part in shaping methodology and best practices in advanced technologies
· Drive end-to-end implementation: synthesis, P&R, timing closure, and signoff
· Collaborate closely with architecture and design teams on timing, floorplaning, partitioning, and power specification
· Define and optimize Static timing constraints area, and power goals at block and top levels
· Take part in flow development and automation to improve efficiency and quality of results
דרישות:
·At least 3+ years’ experience with RTL2GDS flow
· BSC/MSC in Electrical/Computer engineering
· Deep understanding on STA principals, synthesis, and P&R flow
· Solid experience in physical verification and advanced process nodes

להייטק אנו מגייסים הנדסאי/ת אלקטרוניקה מנוסה בבדיקות ואינטגרציה: ביצוע Functional Tests למעגלי RF באמצעות צב"ד מתקדם. תחומי אחריות: ביצוע בדיקות לכרטיסים אלקטרוניים .
עבודה עם ציוד מדידה מקצועי: Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, RF Signal Generator, DC Power Source, Digital Voltmeter (DVM).
ניתוח תוצאות / אבלואציה לפרמטרים.
קריאת Schematics ואיתור Test Points רלוונטיים.
איתור תקלות לאיתור (ויזואלי, פונקצונלי, תהליך).
דרישות:
השכלה רלוונטית : הנדסאי/ת אלקטרוניקה ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בתפקיד דומה (גם ניסיון צבאי רלוונטי) קריאה והבנה של שרטוטים אלקטרוניים ו-Datasheets ניסיון בבדיקות/ בד"ס/ דיבאג ושימוש בצב"ד רלוונטי אנגלית ברמה טובה. ניסיון עבודה בסביבת RF - יתרון משמעותי.

תיאור תפקיד:
לתפקיד מאתגר דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת RF Validation & Integration לעבודה על מערכות תקשורת מתקדמות. התפקיד כולל: אינטגרציה, בדיקות ואימות מערכות ושרשראות RF.
עבודה במעבדה על מסלולי שידור וקליטה בתדרים גבוהים.
פיתוח והרצת תוכניות בדיקה (Test Plans & Procedures).
ניתוח תוצאות, טיפול בתקלות ושיפור ביצועים.
הובלת המעבר מפיתוח לייצור והגדרת בדיקות לשני השלבים.
עבודה בצמוד לצוותי פיתוח חומרה, תוכנה ואלגוריתמים.
הצגת ממצאים והמלצות בפני גורמים מקצועיים.
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל / RF.
לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון במערכות RF.
שליטה בציוד בדיקות RF (כגון Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope).
ניסיון בכתיבת וביצוע תוכניות בדיקה ויכולת ניתוח מעמיק של תוצאות.
ידע בתקשורת דיגיטלית ורכיבי RF.
יכולת תכנות לאוטומציה של בדיקות (Matlab / Python).
ראייה מערכתית, יכולת פתרון בעיות וחשיבה יצירתית.
