Senior CRM Dynamics System Analyst & Project Manager. We are seeking an experienced and proactive CRM Dynamics 365 System Analyst and Implementation Lead to join our team and play a key role in leading cross-organizational, international projects. About the Role: This is a strategic position that combines system analysis, hands-on implementation, and project leadership. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of CRM Dynamics solutions, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, while working closely with development teams, global stakeholders, and business units. Responsibilities: Lead the analysis and implementation of CRM Dynamics 365 (on-premise) solutions.
Write detailed specifications, define system architecture, and customize workflows to meet business needs.
Manage system configurations, user roles, and oversee testing of development tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
Drive complex processes across departments and locations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and ensure user adoption.

Relevant academic degree.
At least 4 years of experience in system analysis and implementation in complex, multi-process environments – required

Proven experience with CRM Dynamics 365 on-premise

Strong background in defining user requirements and mapping business processes.
Experience working on large-scale projects in collaboration with development teams.
Ability to lead processes independently and provide professional direction when needed.
Experience with ERP systems – advantage
