We are a global leader in providing services that enhance the transparency, fairness, and efficiency of diamond and jewelry markets. We operate a premier online B2B diamond trading network, serving thousands of diamond manufacturers, dealers, and retailers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify target prospects and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the diamond and jewelry market.
Outbound Prospecting: Actively source and engage outbound leads, introducing them to our solutions.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective needs assessment, initiating relationships with potential customers, and determining their suitability for our solutions.
Sales Compliance: Work closely with the sales team to help streamline the sales cycle by collecting compliance documents from the prospects to help the onboarding process
Collect required documentation from new clients during the onboarding process. Coordinate with clients to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner. CRM Management: Accurately record and track all activities, interactions, and customer data in Salesforce.com, ensuring a consistent and process-driven approach.

Qualifications: Native-Level English: Exceptional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or online marketplaces.
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Process-Driven Mindset: Commitment to systematic, data-driven sales processes, including precise tracking of customer engagement and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and adept at managing time efficiently.
Presentation Skills: Strong ability to communicate value propositions and adapt sales techniques to engage diverse client audiences.
*Hours: 3PM-Midnight Monday-Thursday and regular daytime hours 9AM-6PM on Sunday (Hybrid- 2 days/week in office)
