Familiarity with SaaS, serverless solutions, and microservice architecture.
Skills in data flow pipeline design/implementation or knowledge of data engineering.
Experience working closely with Data Analysts and understanding their needs.
Strong coding skills and a solid grasp of large-scale architecture and design patterns.
Experience with building production-grade ML mechanisms.
A passion for tackling challenging legacy systems, transforming undocumented or hard-to-maintain code into clean, maintainable solutions.

Software Team Leader At least 6 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading backend and/or infrastructure teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably GCP).
Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, system monitoring, observability, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
Solid knowledge of backend systems design, distributed architecture, microservices, and data-driven solutions.
At least 3 years in Python development.
Familiarity with data pipeline tools and architectures (e.g., Airflow, Kafka, Pub/Sub).
Strong experience with DB (for example, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery) and related data stores.
Track record in managing and scaling reliable systems with high uptime requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across disciplines and global teams.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
