תיאור תפקיד:
Hardware Team Leader
We are seeking a hands-on Hardware Team Leader to join our development group and lead the hardware engineers team. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for the design, development, and maintenance of advanced RF, digital, and mixed-signal boards.
This is an exciting opportunity to take part in shaping complex systems that include high-performance receivers, samplers, controllers, power supply units, and filters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hands-on development of RF, digital, and mixed-signal PCB designs
• Debugging and bring-up of boards manufactured in-house (Netline)
• Define and develop test jigs and harnesses for R&D needs
• Provide technical support for production teams
• Collaborate with vendors and perform evaluations of critical components such as power amplifiers, filters, etc.

Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF
• 3–5 years of experience in hardware design including RF and digital circuits
• Experience in RF receiver design – Advantage
• System-level understanding – Advantage
• Experience in PCB layout up to 9GHz – Advantage
• Proficiency in PCB design tools, especially OrCAD – Mandatory
• Familiarity with AWR software – Advantage
• Understanding of RFI/EMI phenomena – Advantage
• Full proficiency in RF and digital lab testing equipment – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on debugging skills in complex RF/digital/power systems
• Strong self-learning ability, structured work approach, and test documentation skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Willingness to work full-time and overtime as needed
• Active security clearance (“Classified” or higher) – Advantage
