Events Coordinator A Pharma company is looking for an Events Coordinator to join its Global Marketing Department. The position entails building and executing training events of all types and sizes - from small regional courses to large-scale congresses and conferences, online and offline, in Israel and abroad. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced with event organisation and execution, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, and communicate effectively with the company's partners.

Travel Requirements
• Travel occasionally to event locations in Israel and Europe to oversee and execute event activities (The role involves travel on Fridays and Saturdays.)
The candidate should have the ability to commute to the company office a minimum of 3 times/week.
Qualifications:
Languages: Hebrew & English full proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
Proven experience in event planning, training coordination, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with speakers, customers and company's distributors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with logistics management and event technologies.
Willingness to travel internationally for events.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of pharma or medical device industry is a strong advantage.
Experience in collaborating with KOLs and influences.
