תיאור תפקיד:
Key Responsibilities (Implementation & Administration):
· System Configuration: Configure and maintain core Salesforce system settings, user profiles, security permissions, and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
· Automation Expertise: Design, implement, and maintain complex automation using declarative tools, including Salesforce Flows (Expertise is essential).
· Implementation Focus: Lead the technical configuration and implementation of solutions within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, ensuring compliance with platform limitations and best practices.
· Data Management: Perform data quality management, including data imports, cleanups, deduplication, and managing data structures and security effectively.
· Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights to business users.
· User Support & Collaboration: Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate closely with internal teams to understand and implement business requirements.
· Documentation: Maintain system documentation and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrator.
· Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is an advantage.
· Platform Mastery: In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including strong knowledge of standard and custom objects.
· Declarative Expertise: Expertise in FLOWS, Validation Rules, Security Salesforce functionalities.
· Core Cloud Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.
· Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of data models, security, and platform limitations.
· Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), and strong collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
Experience working in large-scale, multi-project enterprise environments, or in project-based/consulting environments.
Familiarity with CRM best practices and understanding of business process optimization.
