An iGaming marketing and support company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office in Ramat Gan. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, manage support staff, and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace. • Organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records. • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management. • Handle incoming calls, mail, and general correspondence. • Assist in planning meetings, events, and travel arrangements. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
דרישות:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software. • Fluent in English. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Full-time, office-based position with the following working hours: 10:00-19:00 Monday-Thursday 09:00-14:00 Fridays
