תיאור תפקיד:
We’re looking for a talented individual to join our company in a new and unique role that combines customer support with social media communication. Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and become one of the faces of Priority. The role requires mastering a complex product, demonstrating strong technical understanding, and working closely with the Support, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program over several months, covering the Priority product, support processes, and social media operations
דרישות:
Native Hebrew (spoken and written), and very good English. • Familiarity with ERP systems – strong advantage (especially Priority ERP). • Experience with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, App Stores, Reddit) and the ability to communicate professionally and represent the company online. • Understanding of the customer service world. • Excellent written communication skills – clear, fluent, and professional writing. • Strong interpersonal skills – patience, active listening, positive attitude, and willingness to help. • High self-learning ability, service-oriented mindset, strong time management, and ability to perform under pressure.
